Day 4: “I pick things up, I put them down.”

Happy Friday! Today was an upper body strength workout since daisy duke-ing it yesterday was a killer and tomorrow I have to run.  We blasted our bi’s, tri’s, shoulders and chest with 4 superset sequences. C-Jazz and I were definitely getting after it with heavy weights.  It didn’t seem so daunting on paper, but I can guarantee that moving my arms will be near impossible tomorrow.  As you can see, I’m pretty official by handwriting the workout and posting it on the mirror!
