Day 38: Lunch time sweatfest

Today I only had time for a quick workout again at lunchtime, so S-Ro and decided to bust through the super sweaty tabata workout.  I love this one because it keeps you moving, hits everything, and makes you sweat!!  Best of all, you can crank it out in about 30 minutes.  Done and done. And I will be sore.
