Day 60: Hiit it

Surprise, surprise. More lower body stuff. Are you getting bored with this yet?!  Luckily I enjoy working my legs, otherwise, I would probably be clinically insane by now.  In any case, today I opted for a lunch time high intensity interval workout.  Trying to burn the fat!  I hopped on the elliptical, set the resistance to 40 and the incline to 11.  The timer was set for 20 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest.  During those work sessions, I pushed it to maximum rpm’s with minimal upper body movement.  Try it. It really forces you to use all of those leg  muscles and gets your heart rate up!  Twenty minutes and I’m done and ready to attack the rest of the day.
